Wrong answer.
You spilled coffee everywhere because that is what was in your cup.
If you had tea in your cup, then you would have spilled tea.
Therefore, when life bumps into you and rattles you and shakes you up

what is going to spill out of you?
Will it be anger?
Will it be rage?'
Will it be self-pity or fear?
Or will it be compassion, understanding and hope?
Whatever you fill yourself with is your choice to make.
